People are always ready to be on the other side of their pain or whatever is making them feel less than powerful. Most people ask me though,

“HOW LONG DOES CHANGE TAKE  in order to destroy a habit, trigger, or past traumatic experience?”

Below is a a Reddit Chat I had with someone who had tried the Swish Pattern to eliminate the habit of Binge Eating. The session took about 23 minutes. In person, most sessions can last less than 15 minutes, but can create change that lasts a life time for many people. Everyone is different, but when you are ready to adopt a positive change, NLP can be a FAST + Easy way to connect with that outcome.

I would stick to my morning routine and go running, juice, and not eat anything until noon. I would be excited that I started my day right and be happy that I don’t focus on food so much anymore.

Yes, plus you saw yourself doing activities instead of eating the foods, we needed the perfect version of yourself who has already solved the problem to show up rather than an activity to replace the cravings

It is not too long of an explanation. The solution to your problems, to all of our problems, is already hidden within our minds or at least our mind has a method to solve it. If we allow our mind to help us by looking for and creating the outcomes we want, our brain is forced to look for ways to achieve the goals and obtain the outcome which it is being asked to solve.
