CHANGE A HABIT OR BEHAVIOR (FAST)

FIRST

I’d like you to confidently determine that you are someone who is great at accomplishing whatever you commit to achieve. That is true of you, isn’t it? I should think many readers could honestly answer,

“Yes, if I REALLY commit, I can achieve anything I commit to achieve.”

Take a moment and NOTICE that fact & lock it into your memory. . . OK, great! NOW access your deep memory where you can DECIDE to hide this fact in a SAFE or DRAWER or SECRET ROOM within your mind so that you begin KNOWING this fact throughout this Mind Shift strategy.

Are you someone learning this technique for another who WANTS to change OR is this for someone who WANTS TO WANT to change?

THINK.

This is an IMPORTANT distinction. IF you are reading this for anyone who has no desire to change their behavior, stop reading NOW, however, IF you fall into the category of “Looking for a FAST, working answer NOW,” then

THIS. JUST. WORKS.

BEHAVIOR: LIGHT vs DARK

Imagine the behavior NOW which you wish to completely transform, that DARK and empty black void of activity which you hate and find disgusting. As you get a clear series of images or feelings NOTICE now that you dislike this mindset. Breathe & Relax, knowing that the Hack has already started doesn’t make it less effective does it?

Now, what is the BEST behavior you can logically and clearly NOW see yourself being able to confidently and excitedly do instead of the old & DARK images from before. As you begin to think now, I want you to allow those new, empowering thoughts to create clear HEROic and strong activities about what you will begin to do from now on.

*This must be clear; we will use both DARK & LIGHT as mental Avatars in the next few paragraphs.

THE SCIENCE

For this Mind Hack, I call these two behaviors DARK and LIGHT to distinguish which we are dealing with to create necessary Frames of Reference;

this will allow our limbic system to integrate emotions with mental visualization, and this key creates LTM (Long-Term Memory) which dictates future behaviors that we begin doing without cognitive facilitation, & don’t we want these NEW and Best behaviors to be Automatic, FAST, Fun, & even compulsory?

DARK

As you THINK about your old DARK behavior and how it is causing you a form of anguish in your thought life, You’ll remember the intense reasons that you need to change this behavior for it has lingered in your mind and distracted you from the confident and carefree self you once knew.

In fact, this behavior is DARK, and it is a disgusting thought to you that you have continued this long. In fact, you probably will NOW notice that you began reading this because this horrible and rancid act MUST go NOW. Do you now know, at this specific moment, which behavior must be dealt with, FAST? PERFECT!

LIGHT

FOCUS. As you FOCUS your mind NOW on the LIGHT and carefree nature you will intrinsically begin to live your life through with this new, LIGHT behavior which you have logically and reasonably constructed just a few moments ago.

REMEMBER, how great it felt to see yourself, in your own mind, confidently and excitedly behaving the way you know that you would rather act to have more success and joy and happiness in your everyday thought life. As you NOW begin to see how this change in behavior will affect your relationships, career, and thoughts, ask yourself audibly like a booming voice within,

“Is this NEW, EASY way of acting THE WAY in which you know you WILL now behave for your own contentment?”

Isn’t this the behavior that will bring you the MOST overall results, life, and future? How do you know that you are ready to commit to this new and exciting way of living?

Haven’t you now decided to finish this simple FAST exercise to forever transform and change that DARK behavior into this LIGHT one?!

VISUALIZE

If you are great at imagination, and most people are you are ready for the most intentional part of this Mind Hack. The LIGHT has to destroy, drive out, and demolish the DARK behavior within your own mind. As you now consider what that might look like to you, THINK about the most incredible and POWERFUL visual you have ever thought of when you considered the idea of LIGHT driving out and destroying DARK.

As you do this, you can imagine the behavior you despise as a DARK, small, and blurry video directly in front of you;

NOW, as if with the FORCE of an atom bomb, drive out that DARK video of your old behavior with a NEW, LIGHT and Bright image that is vivid and clear with bright colors of that invigorating visual you created for your LIGHT behavior.

Do this until the only remaining visual you can create is that of your new self, The Hero within, now traveling LIGHT.

*If you can incorporate music or sounds and feelings associated with how you are picturing this experience, it will help intensify the mind’s natural design to emotionally commit this cognitive technique to automatic memory.
