Hey, what’s going on everyone I am here to discuss my favorite subject, which is human behavior. Once again, the most commonly asked question that i, yet at my seminars and workshops is, why do I behave this way when I ask this way? Why am I doing this and I always say dear to the sheer magnitude of all of the variables that must be considered, given this type of circumstance and why you behave this way? That’s an absurd question and given are tools of psychotherapy and what we have currently there’s. No way that me, you and I could get to that answer and be able to stated as a matter of fact, so. I always tell people a better question and the question that I actually am here for this is what I answer is:how do I get a different behavior now that question I can answer, because that is where I remain is what do you want to be different? And how do you see it working when you have so I can’t tell you why you behave the way you do in fact, I think most psychotherapist and therapist to say that they can give you the motivation for why humans do things. I think that they are full of crap okay. They can’t tell you why they can tell you what I schumann store memories in the way they do. Why are five senses are olfactory gustatory. All of our different smells tastes like. Why are grains, use these methods and representations of to store memories with our emotional system, in a way that you can give you all of the profit on why humans work the way they do, but we can’t give you the exact variable, the exact reason why you did what you did in a certain:that’s why, as you start to figure out how humans store information, why we store information in the way we do for survival? You can do a better job of figuring out how to change if you can figure out how to hack behavior and make it different, but you can’t always understand why humans are behaving. The way they do-and so it’s important for me to solidifying you that maybe the questions that we ask ourselves are the very reason that we can’t find the solution for the success that were looking for.
