4 EASY WAYS TO STICK TO YOUR FITNESS GOALS

DREAM BIGGER: WHY DREAM?

As You read this, your brain is beginning to create images representing the concepts you are considering; part of what is occurring is a natural process that is necessary to change the way humans are designed in order to execute actions. When you Dream or Create Goals, your brain begins to generate images of what you desire to achieve. The more real you can make this imagery the more effectively you are activating mirror neurons.

Mirror Neurons are responsible for causing you to be able to salivate when you see someone eating a delicious meal.  Your brain actually begins the process of digesting food that you are not even eating just by seeing the activity. As you dream bigger and bigger and allow yourself to be intentional about creating these visuals, your brain is releasing the chemicals and imagery that is necessary for you to fulfill those dreams.

Habits, Behaviors, & Beliefs

Habits: The Patterns You Repeat, if the sum of these is Positive, your life will overall be Positive, and vice versa.

Behavior: An Action You Decide or Find Yourself Participating in

Beliefs: The Unconscious and Conscious Reasons You Give Yourself to Behave certain ways

    1. Grab a Pen & Paper or a Dry Erase Board & Dry Erase Marker (Don’t use a permanent marker)
    2. On the Left, Create a column labeled “HAVE”
    3. On the Right, Create a column labeled “WANT”

      1. Think About the Habit, Behavior, or Belief that you Like but want to change
    2. Dislikes: The Negative Association
      1. Think about the Habit, Behavior, or Belief that you dislike
    3. Map Across
      1. With Your Own Mind move the mental images from the Like to the Dislike Position

    2. Follow the checklist
    3. Imagine a small image of the ideal you that has already solved this problem
    4. Smash the image or mental avatar of what is causing you grief with the image of the ideal you who has already solved this problem

PREFRAMING

Preframing is the act of imagining HOW you want to FEEL when you accomplish a goal, desire, or let’s be honest, your PURPOSE, if such a thing exists.

As you sit there reading these lines, begin to

  1. imagine How your life will bedifferent when you are able to control what you put into your mouth and how confident you will become once you are able to have the drive and energy to hit the gym when you are supposed to?
  2. As you consider the version of you which already figured out how to do this, how does this change your life?

Now, what if there were a simple Secret designed to obtain those pursuits, achieve more success, increase your income, would that allow you now to embrace a new method to empower you to take control of more circumstances that seem outside of your direct control? This Secret is the Key that the Highly Successful implement in order to do just that.
