3 Steps To Remove The Past
Ok, I know this sounds silly or maybe even “spooky,” a bit like magic, but fear NOT, it is not; it is
SO MUCH BETTER.
Let’s face it, I could write a 10,000-word thesis explaining HOW & WHY this FAST 3 STEP TECHNIQUE to REMOVE PAST works scientifically & Linguistically, but let’s get real, wouldn’t you rather just see the technique?!
Have someone read the following aloud to you or make sure that you are seated, calm, and comfortable & ready to engage on an extremely intentional & very focused level. This will be a very freeing & relaxing experience. You will notice, as you read the following words, that an overwhelming sense of calm, in fact, the same peace that has caused many people to feel like they’ve had a spiritual experience during many of these sessions, you will notice will begin to manifest now within you also and it is fine to still be able to notice and be aware of other sounds and movements around you and remain perfectly safe; this is normal and typically a sign that you are great at this particular type of exercise & this will work wonderfully. 3 STEPS to REMOVE PAST
Have you ever been driving & forgotten where you were going? Imagine someone who has; as you consider that mental state, , or I’d like you to also, remember that moment NOW when you knew an answer to a common question but just like that it was on the tip of your tongue but is now GONE, vanished?!
The cognitive mind is a wonderfully complex marvel; and now as you think on that, what was the specific PAST you started reading this to REMOVE?
As you read the next few words, you will begin to notice that the PAST you’d like to REMOVE is now beginning to seem a bit hazier and dim, a bit black and white and fading, and what you used to be able to visualize and some details will begin to fade similarly to the way something is on the tip of your tongue. As if you have forgotten where you parked your car, now clearly how it might feel to successfully REMOVE the PAST… Great! You are moving quickly!
How do you know you’d like to REMOVE the PAST permanently now that you know that you can easily do so as you complete the next step?
As you think now about HOW your life will improve after you succeed to REMOVE PAST, are you a happier and more at peace version of yourself?
What does that look like? As you think about this, it might be helpful to close your eyes or focus your intentional gaze on a spot on the wall, I like to personally look into my own eyes in a mirror and imagine the tasks that seemed difficult now because of PAST; but now see how easily you will be able to do those things once you successfully REMOVE PAST. As you now begin to build that mental picture, begin to play out the scenarios and life that you will enjoy. . .
Is this what you want?
How will your life improve once we finish STEP 3? As you read those last 2 questions, you will need to clearly see the exact answers to “How will your life improve” inside your own mind and you should do so now with vivid imagery and 3 examples you can clearly reference in which your life will improve. GREAT! Let’s finish up.
As you have begun to notice, the more you imagine the bold, new you that no longer has the PAST that you wanted to REMOVE, how does that confident and happy version of you feel? Really EXCITING right?
When you think now and really begin to imagine a picture in your mind of yourself as someone who was capable of something as simple and EASY as “REMOVE PAST,” I want you to connect with this version of yourself and imagine yourself now in High Definition and with bright, vivid colors boldly living the life that you know you are capable of living.
Aren’t you now, in that image, the FREE and Happy version of yourself, and if you try your hardest (like something on the tip of your tongue) to CREATE PAST images of what used to hold you back, you’ll find yourself a bit amused that you can not. Try to now figure out what it was that seemed serious, but now you KNOW was REMOVED; and as you smile and laugh to yourself about the joy you feel that you have so much control over PAST, isn’t that a good feeling?
Hasn’t this made you stronger somehow?
I think you’ll find that you have been in control of this ENTIRE process and no rational person could conclude that this exercise does not prove and demonstrate how powerful your mind is when you decide to take control of a situation and REMOVE PAST. And now as you focus on what has just occurred, it is ok to take inventory of the change and now commit to that image of the HAPPY & FREE version that you just CREATED to REMOVE PAST.
